What is Chiefly?
Chiefly is an AI-powered leadership coach for military and civilian leaders. It offers voice coaching conversations, AI meeting notes, a decision journal, role-specific reference materials, and an insights dashboard.
What does a subscription include?
A Chiefly subscription unlocks unlimited voice coaching sessions, unlimited AI meeting note analysis, the full decision journal, and the insights dashboard. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled anytime in iOS Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used when subscribing.
Voice coaching is not working. What should I check?
Chiefly needs microphone access to work. Open iOS Settings - Chiefly and make sure Microphone is enabled. If the coach stops responding after you speak, try tapping the mic button to interrupt and start a new turn.
I cannot sign in with Apple / Google / Microsoft.
Make sure you have an internet connection and try again. If sign-in still fails, delete the app and reinstall it, then try once more. If the problem continues, email us with a screenshot of the error.
My meeting notes did not save.
Meeting notes are saved locally on your device after the analysis finishes. If you close the app before the analysis completes, the note may not be saved. Check Meeting History (Meetings tab - View All) to confirm.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This removes your profile and all associated data from our servers. Note that this is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
